El Canonge is located in the center of Manresa. We offer Mediterranean and local cuisine, made with fresh and local products. We have our own workshop where we make delicious desserts, and we offer wines from the D.O. Berry Plan El Canonge was born from a project of the AMPANS Foundation to create employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities; people who have been trained in hospitality and kitchen services and who carry out their work with professionalism and enthusiasm.
