GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Although this is one of the hardest and longest stages on the GR-151-1, it also must be said it is one of the most gratifying because of its fine views and the landscape through which it runs. From the picturesque village of Rupit to the isolated Pruit, then Bram pass, coll del Bram, around the Cabrera sanctuary, the path takes us through the meadows of Sant Julià de Cabrera, towards Güell and then on through the lush Grevolosa forest where the grand beeches stand tall, emerging us in the adventure of the glen’s shady woods.

Midway between Osona and the Garrotxa, the mountainous character of the stage will leave us with a sense of it having been worthwhile.
